Has anyone here actually rented through Greenrock Property Management? I’m looking at one of their listings right now and trying to get a realistic idea of what it’s like day-to-day. Things like how quickly they respond when something breaks, how strict they are with inspections, and whether communication is actually smooth or more of a hassle. Online reviews are kind of mixed, so I’d really prefer to hear from people who’ve actually dealt with them in real life.
